Make wellness a priority and establish positive practices among youth. Manage stress, physical and emotional issues that come with each level. From elementary and high school to college and universities. Classes customized based on age groups and the needs of the demographic. Create awareness, compassion, self-love, strength and stress management skills. Help students with organization, focus, decision making & memory.
Sessions can be held at schools, youth centres, community centres, daycares, clubs even school sports teams. All ags, all levels, all health history's & physical fitness level!

ABOUT THE CLASSES
With classes lead by a teacher who struggled through bullying, self-acceptance, peer pressure, stress & emotion-management - students can feel understood.
All classes will combine physical asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), mindfulness & meditation practices all with evidenced base research behind their efficacy.
Rates will vary depending on a number of factors including group size/fitness space, time & frequency of classes.
