Private Yoga


Yoga in the comfort of your home! Both one-on-one, semi-private or group private yoga, fitness & meditation sessions customized to meet your needs. Get the most out of your class with individualized attention and hands-on guidance. Relax, rejuvenate, get fit, de-stress, get out of pain; whatever your goals are we'll tailor the sessions to your and/or your group. We provide blocks and straps free for all students. Mat can be provided for one-on-one sessions.  Travels to most of GTA.

Sessions before, during or after hours with class length ranging from 45-75 minutes. At the desk, in the waiting room, lunch, room, board room - choose a room and we'll find the room!

WSIB coverage and group insruance makes for a hassle free experience. Option for sessions to be free to residents and open to all or paid by residents who pre-register. 

Senior Citizen Exercise Class


Gentle senior and chair yoga sessions customized around health conditions and physical limitations to meet the needs of the group. Build strength and flexibility, manage falls, restore balance, memory and cognitive function. 
Sessions can be held at retirement communities and assisted living residences, hospitals, seniors clubs  and community centres.

Make wellness a priority and establish positive practices among youth. Manage stress, physical and emotional issues that come with each level. From elementary and high school to college and universities. Classes customized based on age groups and the needs of the demographic. Create awareness, compassion, self-love, strength and stress management skills. Sessions can be held at schools, youth centres, community centres, daycares, clubs.

Therapy Session


Mental and emotional wellness is the foundation to leading a safe, happy and healthy life. Yoga, mindfulness and meditation could be the missing link to long-term management of stress, mental illness & personality disorder, emotional distress & traumatic experiences, addiction and much more. Wellness programs designed with extreme care based on the needs of the group. These sessions provide a safe space to reflect, rejuvenate and grow while learning self-love, acceptance, mindfulness and healthy coping mechanisms and breathing techniques.
