We offer gentle senior and chair yoga sessions customized around health conditions and physical limitations to meet the needs of the group.
Sessions can be held at retirement communities and assisted living residences, hospitals, seniors clubs or community centres.

Yoga Blocks & Straps can be provided at NO EXTRA COST making classes safer & more accessible to all levels. These aids can help students to deepen poses, decrease or increase difficulty, ensure proper alignment & more!
Rates will vary depedning on factors such as group size, time of sessions & frequency of sessions.
