Whether you're a studio looking to offer this hands on, in-depth class, or you're an individual or group looking to deepen your inversions practice - this is for you. We offer  2-3 hour workshops to get you upsidedown, over your fears & safely practicing those inversions you've always wanted to learn or deepen! Beginners level, intermediate level or arm-balances for all levels workshops available.

Workshop includes a mini lecture, notes & take-home exercises to continue your inversion practice safely at home.

Workshops include a 30 minute warm yoga session, lecture, exercises and practice in the poses listed above. Learn the muscles we need to strengthen & active as well as those we need to learn to de-active & lengthen during our inversions. Learn to use breathe control, gazes & props to get into and deepen postures along with take-home exercises to get you their. This workshop included partner work so either come with a friend or make new ones as we explore the art of inversions!

Question period at the end of class PLUS we'll have our camera to catch you in your best inversion if you wish to share or treasure your successes!
